What TogetherProof is
TogetherProof is a software tool that formats a chat export you provide into a PDF document. By using it, you agree to these terms.

TogetherProof formats and organises your own messages. It does not provide legal or immigration advice, does not assess whether your evidence meets any requirement, and does not guarantee any visa or immigration outcome. Decisions about what to submit are yours. For advice on your case, consult a qualified immigration adviser or lawyer.
Your content
You are responsible for the chats you use. Only use conversations you are a participant in, and get your partner's agreement before including their messages in any document you share. Your chat is processed in your browser and is never sent to us.
Purchases
A pack costs a one-time fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes. After purchase, you can download and re-export that pack for 30 days.
Refund policy
You can preview your whole pack for free before paying. If your paid pack fails to generate or download correctly, email hello@togetherproof.com within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or give you a full refund. Refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
Acceptable use
Do not use TogetherProof to create misleading or altered evidence, or to process chats you have no right to use.
Liability
TogetherProof is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question.
